Elaine (Samantha Robinson) is a beautiful and young witch who wants to find the love of her life. The problem is that the spells and potions she prepares have effects that are slightly different than expected - the candidates treated with them resemble unhappy victims rather than lovers of their dreams. So when Elaine finally meets the man of her dreams, her determination will drive her to the brink of madness.

The film by Anna Biller, awarded at festivals in Chicago and Dublin, extremely warmly received by critics, is a one-of-a-kind mixture - referring to technically colored dreams from the sixties and seventies, a comedy-horror that touches upon extremely contemporary themes: gender wars and male fear of female sexuality. Thanks to this combination, the Witch of Love will surely cast a spell on you. Even if her heroine will have big problems with it.
